• Completed diagnosis of chimney to identify the problems like fan, motor issues, wiring, PCB light problem etc.
• If you are availing the service, no inspection charge, pay only the service charge. Incase you are not availing the service you have to pay the stove inspection charge 199/-, Hob inspection charge 299/-, Chimney inspection charge 299/- extra
• Incase not feasible to clean the chimney in your premises, technician take the chimney to service centre and after the cleaning install the chimney.
• Service charge: - labour charges + spare parts / consumable charges. if spare parts and consumables used charges will be collected along with labour charge.
• If you shifted your chimney from different site it might not work due to damage during transportation for that we are not responsible, we only provide warranty for our service.
• Our technicians could not bring stools or ladders for chimney repair, customer have to provide the same.
• Based on your chimney’s condition technician may recommend to repair but without your prior permission technicians won’t do repair services.
• Charges mentioned for per chimney unit.
• Get a complete rate card before availing the service, no more surprises on pricing. No hidden charges, you would know your options.
• Chimney Experts provide 30 days service warranty, so we don't use spare parts provided by customer.
• Warranty on chimney repair work for any issues within our warranty period please reach us immediately.
• Payment can be made through online digital wallet payment or cash in favour of Chimney Experts. Cheque shall not be accepted.
